The international-patient prices provided to VisaSHOGUN are private-care prices. Weight-management use is outside Mounjaro’s approved Japanese indication and is handled as private, non-insured care. Having Japanese public health insurance should not be interpreted as making this weight-management treatment reimbursable.
What should visitors confirm before booking?
Non-resident visitors can request a consultation, but short travel schedules create additional practical questions. Confirm the appointment before visiting the clinic and ask how any prescribed medicine can be received. Delivery, hotel delivery, same-day treatment and treatment completion within your stay are not guaranteed.

Mounjaro is a prescription medicine in Japan and its approved Japanese indication is type 2 diabetes. A licensed physician must assess the patient before deciding whether to prescribe it.
