How to request a consultation during your trip
Submit before relying on a specific day

Choose in-person or online
In-person care is available in Gotanda, Tokyo. Online consultation is also available, but live English telephone support is not guaranteed.
Provide health information

Wait for appointment confirmation
Do not travel to the clinic or structure your itinerary around treatment until the clinic confirms the appointment.
Confirm treatment and receiving arrangements
If the physician prescribes Mounjaro, confirm the dose, total charges, receiving method and any follow-up before leaving Japan.

Can Mounjaro be delivered to a hotel?
Do not assume that hotel delivery is available. The clinic has not confirmed it to VisaSHOGUN as a general service. If you need delivery, the clinic must verify the destination, timing, charges, storage conditions and whether someone can properly receive the medicine.
Your hotel may also have its own parcel-handling rules. Confirm both the medical provider’s arrangement and the accommodation’s acceptance policy before relying on delivery.
Can you take Mounjaro home from Japan?
A prescription in Japan does not automatically answer whether you may carry the medicine into another country. Before travel, ask the clinic about documentation and storage, then check the destination country’s health authority, customs rules and your airline’s requirements. What if your stay is short?
No minimum trip length or same-day completion has been confirmed as a general rule. Appointment availability, medical assessment, receiving medicine and follow-up may not fit every itinerary. Price and medical status
Confirmed international-patient medication prices currently start at ¥22,500 for four 2.5 mg pens. Consultation, delivery and other route-specific charges are not presented as one fixed total, so ask the clinic to confirm every applicable charge.
Mounjaro is a prescription medicine in Japan and its approved Japanese indication is type 2 diabetes. Weight-management use is outside that approved indication and is handled as private, non-insured care under a physician’s judgment.
