These one-month prices were provided directly by SKIN LAB CLINIC for international patients. Each supply contains four pens. Eligibility and dosage are decided by the physician.

Before you request a consultation
Can tourists request a consultation?
Yes. SKIN LAB CLINIC accepts consultation requests from international visitors who do not live in Japan. Appointment timing, medical eligibility and any delivery arrangements must still be confirmed.
Can I use an online consultation?
Yes, online consultation is available. However, live English telephone support is not guaranteed, so you may need to use a translation app. In-person care is recommended if you need language support.
Can VisaSHOGUN decide whether Mounjaro is suitable for me?
No. VisaSHOGUN provides information and booking coordination only. Suitability and prescription decisions belong to the physician.
Is Japanese health insurance used?
Weight-management treatment offered by the partner clinic is private, self-pay care and is not covered by Japanese public health insurance.
What medical information is requested in the form?
The request form asks for your date of birth, height, weight, medication or food allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, current medications, the dose you would like to discuss, and medical or surgical history. VisaSHOGUN shares this information with SKIN LAB CLINIC solely to review and arrange your consultation. The doctor will confirm the information and make all medical decisions.
